01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the online gaming platform 3333rd. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the website, mobile application and all services provided by 3333rd. By accessing or using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to cease use of the 3333rd platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account if necessary.

02 Membership Eligibility

To register and use the 3333rd platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration. 3333rd takes the protection of children and minors from gambling very seriously.
• A private individual registering solely on their own behalf — not on behalf of a company, organization, or another individual.
• Not appearing on the list of individuals prohibited from playing due to a gambling problem or having previously applied for self-exclusion.
• Not using a VPN, proxy, or any other technical method to conceal your true location in order to circumvent imposed geographical restrictions.
• Holding an active Malaysian phone number and a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name for KYC verification purposes.

3333rd reserves the right to verify information provided at any time and to restrict or close accounts found not meeting the established eligibility requirements. Any funds in accounts closed due to eligibility fraud will not be refunded.

03 Account Registration and Management

Each 3333rd member is only permitted to hold one account only. Registering more than one account is a serious violation that will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses without any compensation.

During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information including your full name, MyKad number, mobile phone number, and an active email address. This information is used for the mandatory KYC identity verification process, which must be completed before any withdrawal is permitted.

The 3333rd KYC process requires you to upload a clear copy of your MyKad (front and back) along with a live selfie of yourself holding the MyKad. Blurred, damaged, or altered documents will not be accepted. Verification is typically completed within 24 business hours.

• Account passwords must contain at least 8 characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters and numbers.
• Do not share your password or login credentials with anyone, including 3333rd staff.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of protection on your account.
• Notify the 3333rd support team immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization.

3333rd will not be held liable for any losses arising from a member's negligence in safeguarding their own login credentials.

04 Fund Deposits and Withdrawals

3333rd supports a wide range of Malaysian local payment methods including FPX (all major banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, DuitNow and standard bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your 3333rd account within minutes after a successful payment is processed. If your deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, please contact customer support with proof of payment for an immediate review.

Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 30 minutes for standard amounts. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet that has been registered and verified under the same member's name. Transfers to third-party accounts are strictly not permitted.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Your first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification before it can be processed.
• 3333rd reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds for AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance purposes.
• Any suspicious withdrawal attempts will be reviewed and may be placed on hold pending investigation.
• Funds received via bonus deposits are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) that must be fulfilled before withdrawals are permitted.

05 Bonus and Promotions Policy
